15 Days Return Policy

Every piece of art on the website is eligible for free return/replacement within 15 working days of delivery.

We don’t allow returns of any of our products irrespective of the condition of the product or the date of sale. Products once sold cannot be returned unless there was a manufacturing/finishing or any other defect in the product when you received it. In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you or even if it does not goes well with your setting you can return the article and order a new one hassle-free.

As the delivery of the article ordered reaches your doorstep free of cost but it should be understood that every delivery is a cost to the company. All orders returned are eligible for a full refund provided the returned article passes the quality check process at our warehouse. The cost of shipping back the article has to be borne by the customer. The customer can opt to send us back the article through the courier service of their own choice or can opt to get the same picked by our logistic partner.

The Easy Return Process

  • Return request must be raised within 15 days, after receipt or order

  • We will arrange a free pick up from your place at a mutually decided time.
  • Whenever you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
  • On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.

Damaged / Defective Item Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. Rugs TV will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to the product during transit.
  • If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.
  • All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit. If you choose a refund, the full product price will be credited when Rugs TV has received and processed your return.
